Our Story
Felix’s Place was created by two great friends, Caitlin & Jayde, brought together by a shared love & lifelong adoration for horses.
Through our own experiences, we’ve seen firsthand the difference that good care, attention and genuine love can make to a horse’s wellbeing. We know that when you leave your horse in someone else’s care, you’re trusting them with a member of your family; and that trust is something we don’t take lightly.
Our philosophy is simple: every horse deserves a happy and healthy life, regardless if they are your prize winner, trail plodder, or your old timer that deserves the best retirement possible. From the everyday essentials, friends, forage, freedom, to the little things that make a horse feel happy, settled and comfortable, we take pride in providing a safe, caring and supportive environment where both horses and their owners can feel at home.
Felix’s Place is more than somewhere to keep your horse. It’s a place built around our love for all our horses, through all their life stages, our friendship, and our commitment to giving every horse the care and attention they deserve.
Offerings
24/7 on-site supervision
Jayde and Caitlin both live on-site and do daily wellbeing checks, as well as providing essential carrots & scratches
Electric fencing, shelter, room to move & fresh water
Large paddocks, with safe fencing including enhanced paddocks with woodshield and EquiSol fencing, all with shelter and fresh water
Daily care
Full care available, including up to two daily feeds, and monitoring of weather patterns to ensure horses are appropriately rugged or fly masked (supplied by owner)
Our serene environment
Picturesque rolling hills, surrounding bush trails and cross country jumps for on property and off property riding, with guided weekend rides
Premium facilities
Our facilities include a 60×20 sand arena, overlooking the paddocks and dam, safe yards, a tack room, a hot wash, float storage, and indoor tie up area
Extra support
We will help coordinate farrier, dental and veterinary visits where requested, and if interested clinics and instructors

We have built our property with the belief that horses deserve to be happy, safe and genuinely cared for – we are passionate about creating that same environment for every horse who comes through our gates.
